一、前言

內政部消防署與壢新醫院於 2014 年 12 月共同辦理臺灣緊急醫療救護教育訓練 20 週年回顧與展
望國際研討會，在眾多急診與到院前緊急救護前輩前，本團隊有幸參與發表 Session 名為「臺灣緊急
醫療救護教學的技巧」，秉持緊急醫療救護訓練教官的教學精神，為了使研討會能夠生動有趣並發人

深省，本團隊經過數次討論之後，打算在學術研討會中，以生動活潑的舞臺劇方式，演繹臺灣緊急醫
療救護教學的技巧從發芽到茁壯這 20 年來的發展歷史劇。

In December 2014, the National Fire Agency, MOI and Lishin Hospital jointly held the Taiwan Emergency
Medicine Training 20th Anniversray Review and Outlook International Conference. Before many emergency
room and Pre-hospital Medical Care experts our team was fortunate to take part in the session titled
Taiwan’s Emergency Medical Care Teaching Techniques. With the teaching spirit of emergency medical care
instructors, after much discussion, we decided to use the stage drama method to present the 20-year history
of the development of emergency medical care teaching techniques in Taiwan from the first shoots to their
growth to maturity, giving conference attendees food for thought in a lively and interesting way.
