保險現況探討

An investigation into the current situation regarding insurance for
firefighting and disaster relief vehicles

一、前言

近來消防救災車輛的車禍案件時有所聞，每當有案件發生，關於消防及救護車輛的路權問題，總
會被社會放大檢視。且一旦消防車輛發生交通事故，後續維修費用也是一大問題，故筆者調查並彙整

各消防機關救災車輛的保險資料，以資參考。

Recently one keeps hearing about firefighting and disaster relief vehicules involved in accidents, and
whenever this happens, if the incident relates to the rights of firefighting or to ambulance vehciles on roads,
we end up being examined by society at large. Yet if firefighting vehicules are indeed invovled in traffic
accidents, the follow-up maintenance cost will also be a real prblem, and this author has investigated and
collated evidence related to the insurance of firefighting vehicules. It is my hope that this might serve as a
reference point.
