               消防設備最好是備而不用,但是當災害發生不得不用時,如何使我們花錢所設置的設備能
            夠更加方便的使用,發揮最佳的救災功效,是本篇要探討的主題。
               內政部頒布之『各類場所消防安全設備設置標準』裡詳細規範了消防設備的設置基本規
            範,但仍有部分施工細節是法規沒詳細說明的,是在實際的救災操作使用時有可能影響救災
            效率的,亦即消防施工及品管單位一般僅就工程執行的角度,依上開設備設置標準規範執
            行《努力地把事情做完》,而身為1個工程人員,不僅站在施工者的責任把品質做好,更應
            《當責》地站在使用者及管理者的立場《用心地把事情做好》!
               以下我們就消防栓箱設置規劃上所建議應注意的細節,逐一說明並輔以圖說及實際相片與
            大家分享!


                 It is always best to have firefighting equipment in hand that does not actually need to be used.  However,
            when a fire disaster does strike, how can this equipment be used to the greatest effect and convenience?  This
            is the subject explored by this article.
                    The “Standards for Installation of Fire Safety Equipments Based on Use and Occupancy"
            established by the Ministry of the Interior lists detailed regulations on the basic norms for firefighting
            equipment.  However, there is still a portion on details regarding construction that is not clearly covered by
            these regulations.  During a fire disaster, this could affect the efficiency of providing relief.  Construction
            and quality control units for fire prevention services generally perform only engineering-related functions in
            accordance with standards set by the equipment.  As an engineer, it is not just about getting the job done well
            as a constructor, but also as a user and administrator!
                    For the construction of fire hydrant cabinets, the following details, which are supplemented with
            illustrations and actual photos, should be considered in the construction of fire hydrant cabinets.





            門扇開啟方向規劃

                 消防栓箱門扇開啟方向之規劃,應以箱體                                 當箱體配置之周邊有凸柱或轉折牆等之障
            開啟後能快速且順利將水帶與太平龍頭接合、                               礙,則門扇的鉸鍊應靠障礙端,而將門扇開向
            開啟閥門為原則,也就是要考慮門扇開啟端無                               障礙端之方向,以利人員動線範圍及操作空間
            任何人員操作及動線上的障礙。                                     寬敞無障礙,詳如圖1。
