要，為強化全天候空中救災量能，空中勤務總隊
壹、前言
自 104 至 108 年，陸續接收國防部籌購移撥的

臺灣地處於亞熱帶，境內多高山，且位於 15 架黑鷹直升機（UH-60M）供災害防救專用，
西太平洋颱風行經的路徑上，加上位於地震帶， 另國防部自 106 年底至 107 年，也會移交 15 架
使得災難頻傳，人民生命財產受到嚴重威脅。在 黑鷹直升機給空軍救護隊用於汰換已服役 30 年

此環境下，國家所擁有的搜救能量就顯得特別重 的 S-70C 機型。

As Taiwan locates at sub-tropical zone that is considered as path of western Pacific typhoons. Adding that
Taiwan has many high mountains and also locates at earthquake zone.Therefore, disasters frequently occured,
threatening the lives and property of citizens. Under such circumstances, it is extremely important that how
sufficient the search and rescue capability of our country is. In order to enhance all-weather aerial disaster
rescue capabiity, from 2015 to 2019, the Natioal Airborne Service Corps will receive 15 UH-60M Blackhawk
helicopters purchased by the Ministry of Defense for disaster rescue use. Besides, from the end of 2017 to
2018, 15 Blackhawks will also be tranferred to the Air Force’s Air Rescue Group to replace the S-70C model
helicopters that have been in service for 30 years.
