年 3 月 6 日，臺中市哈克飲料店臨時代班的猛男在舞臺上表演時，自行在 LED 短棒上
100 加裝煙火，不慎引起火災，造成 9 死 13 傷，內政部鑑於該意外事故，於 100 年 5 月 4
日增訂消防法第 14 條之 1，並於 100 年 10 月 27 日訂定「明火表演安全管理辦法」，惟現況僅約束

建築物內之明火表演，對於建築物外的明火表演尚無任何明確規範。

On March 6, 2011, a substitute male dancer attached fireworks to his LED stick when performing at ALA
PUB in Taichung, setting off a fire that killed 9 and injured 13. After this accident, the Ministry of the Interior
added Article 14-1 to the Fire Services Act on May 4, 2011 and set the Safety Management Regulations for
Performances Involving Naked Flames on October 27, 2011. However, at present, restrictions are only in
place on use of naked flames indoors in performances and there are as yet no clear regulations regarding
outdoor performances involving naked flames.
