ccThe third Nuclear Power Plant is located in Hengchun Township, Pingtung
County. This area is a famous recreation site in southern Taiwan. Many travelers
and high traffic flow get into Hengchun during holiday. The vehicles evacuation
planning is very important for rapid evacuate people in this region when nuclear
accident occurred. In this paper, the parking lot model was used to calculate the
evacuation time based on vehicle control rules and vehicle distribution uncertainty.
The delay parameter was induced for presenting road conditions. The calculated
results can appropriate response the vehicles evacuation time and provide as a
reference of residents evacuation plan when nuclear disaster occurred.
