Sharing of Inspection for Search & Rescue Mechanism in Singapore

行政院國家搜救指揮中心（以下簡稱國搜中心）負責我國搜救責任區內各類災難發生
時，迅速統合各部會搜救資源，執行各類災害之人命搜救與緊急救護之支援調度任務。為提
升國搜中心搜救處置作業效率，筆者奉派於101年6月25日至29日前往新加坡海事局、新加
坡搜救中心、新加坡民防部隊等單位進行考察，實地了解其搜救運作模式及經驗交流。
National Rescue Command Center (NRCC), Executive Yuan, is aimed to
integrate disaster relief resources across various ministries and agencies to
emergently dispatch personnel and equipment to search and rescue victims
on incident site whenever and wherever any disaster happens. The author was
sent to inspect the search & rescue operation mechanism on site and exchange
experiences with the counterparts at the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore
(MPA), Singapore Rescue Command Center and Singapore Civil Defence Force
(SCDF) from Jun 25 to Jun 29, 2012.
