前言

隨著臺灣經濟與生活結構的改變，國人開始重視如何提升生活品質，加上周休二日增加旅遊休閒
之時間，促使戶外休閒活動蓬勃發展，依據行政院主計總處「臺灣地區社會發展趨勢統計結果摘要」

顯示，65歲以上每週從事登山、健行活動者佔48.8%，而國人最常從事的6種運動中，第6名即為登

山。
With the changes of Taiwan’s economy and life structure, people began to put much emphasis

on how to lift up the life quality. On top of that, two days off per week adds much time for leisure
activities, leading to a booming trend on outdoor leisure activities. Shown from “ Statistical

Result Compendium of Social Developing Trends in Taiwan“ by Directorate-General of Budget,

Accounting and Statistics, Executive Yuan, people over 65 years old going mountain climbing or
hiking every week make up 48.8%. Of Taiwan residents’ six favorite exercises, mountain climbing

ranks the sixth.
