淺談 輻射災害

面對現今多樣化的災害類型，有關輻射物質災害亦是消防人員可能面臨的災害之

ㄧ，惟消防單位雖非此類災害的主管機關，但在搶救火災或人命救助（護）的過程仍

有可能接觸，而多數消防人員對輻射專業了解有限，致對於輻射可能造成之危害有所
疑慮、害怕，故如何讓消防人員了解輻射危害及自我防護，確保救災安全行動是重要

之課題，以下就輻射物質特性、危害、如何應變等一一介紹，另有關輻射偵測儀之操

作要領，不在本文討論範圍，可參酌消防月刊（2010年11月-國際輻射支援計畫訓練

Faced with a variety of disaster kinds and types, firefighters could possibly

encounter a rescue in a radiation disaster. However, though fire agency is not the
authority in charge of any radiation disaster, while rescuing victims or properties

in a fire accident, firefighters could possibly encounter some radiation leak. Most

firefighters have limited knowledge about nuclear radiation, therefore they are
doubtful or even afraid of the possible hazard caused by the radiation. Hence,

how to make firefighters understand the radiation hazard and the self-protection

to make the rescue a safe one is a very important issue.
