                                            With continuous global warming and the increasingly serious greenhouse
                                            effect, as residents of Taiwan, which is located in a subtropical climate
                                            zone, we feel strongly about repeated news of melting glaciers. The four
                                            seasons in Taiwan used to be clearly distinguishable, but the weather seems
                                            to fall into only three categories: slightly hot, very hot, and scorching hot,
                                            especially in summer and autumn, when the heat is often unbearable.

                                            After the Taiwanese government implemented the five-day workweek,
                                            more and more people are especially interested in exploring mysterious

                                            annoying summer heat, as Taiwan is surrounded by sea with various rivers

                                            and streams, thereby making water play a popular choice for outdoor

                                            activities. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, qualified recreational
                                            places in safe waters arranged by the relevant authorities in Taiwan are
                                            temporarily closed. Since schools at all levels start their summer vacation
                                            in July and August, we should note that students may go to rivers, streams,

                                            lakes, seas and other remote, inaccessible waters to play. Especially in such

                                            those students, often because of their carelessness, ignoring the warning
                                            signs, lack of correct idea about water play, neglecting the tidal changes
                                            and hidden currents, failing to pay attention to whether their body can
                                            withstand the changes in the water environment, or not paying attention to
                                            or neglecting their safety.
