而目標是微小的迷途登山客，若僅憑藉稀少的報案資訊及模糊座標定位，其搜救難度是非常高的，救員
多半要費時數日才有機會達成任務。除非報案民眾能保持通聯，並持續提供資訊予搜救人員辨識前往，
才有可能迅速接觸。低海拔二格山域已然如此，其他高海拔山區或中央山脈在搜救上更是艱鉅萬分。

Why there are many tourists visiting the Wenshan District of Taipei City every year? First, it is next Firefighters on the Scene
to the Erge Mountains (678 meters in height), one among Taiwan's 100 Little Peaks. Second, tourist
attractions like Zhinan Temple and Zhangshan Temple are there. Third, through the hiking trails,
people can reach the popular scenic spot—Yinhe Cave Waterfall. Even though the government

2018), hiking accidents are still reported frequently.
According to current division of work in Taipei City, when a hiking accident happens, the local
battalion is in charge of search and rescue services. In particular, the local fire departments will
organize a search and rescue team, mostly led by senior firefighters. The task is always arduous,
because locating the target is like looking for a needle in a haystack. With little information and
weak positioning system, the task can be demanding and requires several days to achieve. It
would be easier if those who report an accident could keep in touch with the rescue team and
provide relevant information about the location. For low-altitude mountains like Erge Mountains, 109
