壹、前言
行政院宣布國家山林解禁政策，桃園市部分山域自今年 3 月起配合取消入山申請，且適逢新 冠病毒(COVID-19)趨緩，民眾出走戶外，入山遊憩增加，統計今年從 1 月起至 7 月止，已發生 了 12 起事故案件，而 6 月單月更高達 5 件，已幾乎超越往年一年之案件總數，且目前適逢暑假期 間，預期將有更多民眾前往山區遊憩，登山活動若無充分準備，很容易發生迷途或是體力不濟等 山域事故，因此桃園市政府消防局針對山域事故防範與搶救，擬定相關因應作為。
After the Executive Yuan lifted the restrictions on hiking, some mountain areas in Taoyuan city have been reopened to the public since March this year. More and more people went out hiking as the cases of COVID-19 decreased in Taiwan. However, 12 accidents have occurred from January to July—in June alone, there were as many as five, almost more than the number of cases in the previous whole year. During summer vacation now, more people are expected to go hiking. Without adequate preparation, accidents such as getting lost or lack of energy are likely to occur. Therefore, the Taoyuan Fire Department has taken measures to enhance accident prevention and response in mountain areas.
