壹、前言
依據「公共危險物品及可燃性高壓氣體製造儲存處理場所設置標準暨安全管理辦法」(以下 簡稱管理辦法)第 4 條第 3 項規定之液化石油氣屬易燃氣體，為一般民眾日常生活中極容易接觸 到的民生必需燃氣，另液化石油氣販賣場所(即俗稱之瓦斯行)及串接使用場所(即液化石油氣 容器串接使用量達 80 公斤以上之營業場所，如餐廳、小吃店等)，遍布於生活圈周遭，倘相關場 所發生災害，極易對群眾造成影響。目前在我國現行法令之管理辦法中，已針對上開場所之位置、 構造及設備等訂有相關安全規定，以維護場所之液化石油氣販賣及使用安全。
According to “Public Hazardous Materials and Flammable Pressurized Gases Establishment Standards and Safety Control Regulations”, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is a kind of flammable gas easily accessed by the public. Since people often live near LPG stations and business places such as restaurants and shops where the use of LPG containers exceeds 80 km, they are prone to casualties if a disaster breaks out. For safety sake, there have been regulations imposed on location, structures and equipment of such places.
