Firefighting and rescue is an urgent mission labeled as a “race against the clock” and also a
matter of life and death. When the rescuers arrive at a disaster scene, the first and most important
task is to obtain the information about the scene and rescue operation, e.g. the floor plan, the map
of fire extinguishers and rescue equipments, the map of power switch, and contact details of the
person in charge or the emergency contact, in order to develop the most appropriate rescue route
and tactics. If the accident occurs in a factory or laboratory, more information would be needed,
