臺灣緊急救護訓練教材沿革

The Evolution of EMS Training Materials in Taiwan

前言

臺灣早期關於緊急救護的出版品，均為熱衷於緊急醫療救護的醫師胡勝川所編著，依發行時
間依序為：79 年 10 月譯自 Prehospital Emergency Care and Crisis Intervention 的「到院前緊急救護」、
80 年 4 月的「到院前緊急救護─ EMT 複習教材」、80 年 10 月的「急診醫師與緊急醫療救護」、

82 年在宜蘭推動緊急醫療救護時所編製的「到院前救護之處置步驟」、82 年 5 月譯自 Principle of
Emergency Medical Dispatch 的「緊急醫療 救護派遣」﹝註 1 ﹞，以及 86 年 1 月的「實用到院前緊
急救護」第 1 版（105 年已發行至第 6 版）。至於最早的官方訓練教材，為行政院衛生署 84 年 9

月所發行的「初級救護技術員訓練教材」與「中級救護技術員訓練教材」，是委託中華民國急救加
護醫學會理事長王世名與醫師張珩主導，並聘請專家學者編撰。

Early EMS publications in Taiwan were
all the work of EMS specialist doctor Hu
Sheng-chuan; in order of publication they
were Prehospital Emergency Care translated
from Prehospital Emergency Care and Crisis
Intervention and published in October 1990;
Prehospital Emergency Care Steps published
in 1993 and written when he was promoting
emergency care in Yilan in 1993; Emergency
Medical Dispatch translated from Principle of
Emergency Medical Dispatch and published in
May 1993; and Practical Prehospital Emergency
Care 1st Edition (now 6th edition) published
in January 1997. As for government training
materials, Emergency Medical Technical Training Materials-Beginners and Emergency Medical Technical
Training Materials-Intermediate were published by the Department of Health in September 1995. Production
of both was overseen by President of the Society of Emergency and Critical Care Medicine of the ROC Wang
Shi-ming and doctor Zhang Heng and the writing done by experts and scholars.
