Records for Academic Exchanges at Xiamen and Fuzhou, China

近年來金門縣發生重大海空難及重大溺水事故，救援工作均協請中國大陸相關救難單位共同

執行，在兩岸攜手共同之救援下，將災害帶來之損傷降至最低。101年6月17日開放夜航後，有
鑑海上救難能見度不佳之狀況，有賴鄰近之福建沿海救難單位第一時間支援救援工作，因此兩岸
防災減災現行做法與經驗交流顯得相當重要。

Several serious maritime/air disasters and drowning accidents have happened around
Kinmen County in recent years. The search and rescue has been done with helps from
the counterparts in China to reduce the damages caused by the disasters to the lowest
level. Since night navigation was approved on Jun. 17, 2012, due to the poor visibility while

undergoing maritime rescue and much dependence on the counterparts in Fujian Province
to support the rescue at the very moment the disasters happened, we have come to
understand the importance to exchange the procedures and experiences with counterparts
in China in preventing the disasters from happening and reducing the damages caused by

the accidents.
