輔助火場重建

火災原因調查之現場空間資訊,其質與量關係著鑑定結果的客觀性與可靠度;精準的火場空
間格局、空間物品的陳列及火災後的空間樣貌,均為重建火場重要的基礎資料。
本研究應用三維雷射掃瞄技術進行火災現場的掃瞄作業,取得精準的火場三維空間坐標與樣
貌,評估以此資料輔助火災現場重建,並藉由與傳統火場重建作業模式進行比較分析,評估三維
雷射掃瞄技術輔助火場重建之效益。
The quality and quantity of spacial information on a fire scene investigation would
result in the objectivity and accountability of the identification results. The precise space
layout, precise goods’ positions of a fire scene and what it looks precisely after the fire
are all important basic information for the reconstruction of a fire scene.
This research is aimed to undergo a fire scene scanning by ways of 3D laser
scanning technology to get precisely the coordination and the outlook of a fire
scene and compare the data with that of the model done by the traditional fire scene
reconstruction to evaluate the affect to a fire scene reconstruction done by 3D laser
scanning technology.
