                                             The 119 Rescue Command Centers at the different administrative
                      119                    levels are like the central nervous system of fire prevention. These

                                             centers lead and command, coordinate, control and contact rescue
                                             tasks, provide first-aid responses, and process particulars, including
                                             receiving, delivering, transferring, and presenting reports of emergent
                                             cases. However, cases keep developing and complex procedures
                                             remain uncertain. The 119 Rescue Command Center of the Tainan
                                             City expanded their dispatch system by adding the Automated SOP
                                             Inspection System and upgrading the Comprehensive Digital Rapid
                                             Search System to precisely review and process various cases. The
                                             two innovative duty ancillary functions are expected to improve the
                                             command, dispatch, and solution of all cases.
