A Plan to Apply Smart Technologies to Disaster Preparedness and Response

前言

內政部消防署前為提供社會大眾民眾一站式服務，同時配合行政院前瞻基礎建設計畫，提報「災
害防救資訊系統整合計畫」（106 年至 109 年），並為擴大「災害防救資訊系統整合計畫」各系統

的服務範疇及範圍，遂運用大數據、人工智慧及擴增實境（AR）等相關科技技術，提供整體社會之
完整性與防災、救災資訊以利民眾及防救災人員應用。並且配合行政院第 3 期前瞻基礎建設計畫，提
報「災害防救智慧應變服務計畫」，並於 109 年 8 月 26 日獲得行政院核定。

To provide a one-stop service for the public and fit in with the forward-looking
infrastructure design project conceived by the Executive Yuan, the National Fire
Agency of Ministry of the Interior (hereafter NFA) had proposed a plan to integrate
the systems for disaster preparedness and response, which would last from 2017
to 2020. To expand its services for the public, NFA also used the latest technologies
such as big data, AI and AR in the hope of providing complete information on disaster
preparedness and response. Moreover, to fit in with the third-phase forward-looking
infrastructure design project set up by the Executive Yuan, NFA also proposed a
brilliant plan on disaster preparedness and response, which was approved by the
Executive Yuan on August 26, 2020.
