Reducing the number of instances of accidental activation

of rescue beacons

壹、前言

行政院為有效整合運用救災資源，統籌及調度國內各搜救單位資源，執行災害事故之人員搜救與
緊急救護的運送任務，於 89 年 7 月 24 日成立行政院國家搜救指揮中心（以下簡稱國搜中心）。

國搜中心任務包含：（一）航空器、船舶遇難事故緊急搜救之支援調度。（二）緊急傷（病）患
空中緊急救護之支援調度。（三）移植器官空中運送之支援調度。（四）山區、高樓等重大災難事故
緊急救援之支援調度。（五）海、空難事故聯繫、協調國外搜救單位及其他重大災害事故緊急救援之
支援調度。

To effectively integrate disaster rescue resources, manage and dispatch the resources of every search and
rescue unit in Taiwan, and to execute victim search and rescue and emergency transportation in event of
disaster, the Executive Yuan established the National Rescue Command Center on July 24, 2000.
The Center’s mission includes:1. support dispatch for emergency search and rescue when aviation accidents
or ship wrecks occur 2. Support dispatch for aerial emergency rescue of patients 3. Support dispatch for aerial
transportation of transplant organs 4. Support dispatch for emergency rescue in the event of mountain, tall
building and other major disasters 5. Air crash contact, coordination with overseas search and rescue units and
support dispatch for emergency rescue in the event of major disaster.

海難搜救 2,042 件、海難協調 531 件、遇險信號
貳、國搜中心歷年遇險信號案件統計
1,489 件、山域事故搜救 416 件、空難搜救 33 件、

本署自 92 年承接國搜中心以來，迄 105 年 器官移植 6 件、災害救助 1,903 件），受理的
底共累計執行任務 6,887 件（含傷患運送 467 件、 1,489 件遇險信號占總比例約 21.7％，而這 1,489
