一、前言

嘉義市政府消防局救災救護指揮科，於 105 年 11 月 6 日上午 7 時 58 分接獲民眾報案，指國道 3
號南下 293KM 處，蘭潭隧道內有 2 輛遊覽車發生車禍事故，造成多人受傷，立即通報第二大隊、東

區分隊、蘭潭分隊、南區分隊、第一分隊、後湖分隊、德安分隊，共出動 1 輛救助器材車，6 輛救護

Discussion of response to tour bus crash in Lantan Tunnel and on-scene handling actions
At 7:57 am in November 2016, the Rescue Command Section of Chiayi City Fire Department received a report
of a collision between two tour buses at the southward 293KM mark on National Highway 3, inside Lantan
Tunnel, with many injuries. Firefighters from the fire department’s 2 nd branch, East District Station, Lantan

Station, South District Station, 1 branch, Houhu Station and De-an Station were mobilized and one rescue
equipment vehicle and six ambulances were sent to the scene; the mass casualty mechanism was also activated.
Chiayi County Fire Department was also requested to provide support in the form of three ambulances.
