Introduction to the Cloud-Based Disaster Prevention Plan

內政部消防署配合國家發展委員會（前為行政院研究發展考核委員會）第4階段電子化政
府計畫，執行防救災雲端計畫（101~105年），運用雲端運算技術、各項行動式裝備及各
式媒體之數位化整合，調整既有之防救災資訊系統，考量跨系統整合介面，跨單位資料交換
介面，設計友善的操作介面，以建立資訊共享服務，緊密連繫各防救災機關的應變與協調，
有效進行事前防範、災情蒐集、救災調度、以及支援協助等工作，充分發揮災害防救之整合
與效能。
The National Fire Agency of the Ministry of the Interior has been
collaborating with the National Development Council (the Research,
Development and Evaluation Commission of the Executive Yuan) to establish
a cloud-based disaster prevention plan (2012 - 2016) as part of stage four for
the E-Government program. The plan utilizes cloud computing technology,
integrates mobile equipment and digital media, and adjusts the existing
information system for all disaster prevention and firefighting efforts. A
user-friendly operating interface is designed with functions that integrate
and exchange information across systems and organizations. With the
establishment of an information sharing service, disaster prevention agencies
will now have closer avenues of communication to help with response
and coordination efforts, serving as an effective step forward for advance
prevention. Gathering information on disaster situations, dispatching relief,
providing support assistance, and helping with other related duties, this
system fully integrates and maximizes the effectiveness of disaster prevention
and response efforts.
