˚ගྼϞ־Ϥᐝ༆ʹݴʘ̀ࠅf

Due to global warming and climate change, there is every likelihood that
large-scale composite disasters occur in the future and endanger a great
amount of population with highly frequent-occurring catastrophes. Likewise the

geographical locations and natural environments between Taiwan and Japan
are very similar, disasters such as earthquakesetyphoonsetorrential rains and
tsunamis all occur frequently in these two countries. After Great East Japan

Earthquake on 11th March, 2011, so as to response to the occurrence and
reoccurrence of this kind of large-scale disasters, disaster prevention-related
laws and regulations and other policies have been amended and adjusted more
thoroughly by the Japanese. As a result, there is indeed a need for us, Taiwan
and Japan, to build up mutual understanding of each other.
