Located in Sheliao Community of Zhushan Town of Nantou County, Taiwan Fire Academy
in Zhushan (TFAZ) is a fire training base that features a combination of education, training
and environmental protection. An area of about 109 hectares, it is the largest firefighter
training facility in Asia and the third largest in the world. Charged with the tasks of fire
prevention, disaster relief and emergency rescue, TFAZ would train admittees of Civil Cover Story
Service Special Examination Regulations for General Police Officers in 2020, as authorized
by Taiwan Police College. The trainees would receive complete pre-service training as 鳳 火 雛 凰 幼
well as enjoy a high-quality living environment. It is believed that the trainees’ fitness,
team spirit, courage and wisdom in the face of disasters would be substantially improved

through cooperation, strict discipline and disaster drills.
班 109 考 訓 入 消 年 特 防
In accordance with the admittee training plan, TFAZ would specifically cultivate trainees’
competence in impartial policing, professional knowledge, integrity, service attitude,
human rights, and law enforcement discipline. Moreover, it would provide a yearlong class
schedule and simulations for them to develop new skills and attitudes, push their limits,
and eventually become professional firefighters that serves and protects the public.

全面設想，完善規劃 紹、初級與中級救護技術課程、火災模擬訓練、
化學災害訓練、水上救生訓練、急流救生訓練及
訓練中心考量消防人員在職場中面臨日趨現
救助訓練。其中課程時數最多的 4 項訓練分別
代化的複合型災害，為特考班學員安排為期 12
為：中級救護課程、水上救生訓練、火災模擬訓
個月的專業教育訓練，包含：精神品德教育、體
練及救助訓練。
適能課程、消防學科課程及各式各樣的專業體技
課程。其中體技課程更是該特考學員的訓練重
