工作研討 橫濱運用大數據 預測 2030 年救護需求 工作研討 Yokohama Is Using Big Data to Forecast Demand on Emergency Medical Services in 2030 WORK DISCUSSION ◆ 圖.文 / 基隆市消防局 陳進源 日本橫濱市為了對逐年增加的救護需求提早提出因應對策，橫濱市消防局與橫濱市立大學從 2017年7月開始攜手合作，由消防局提供過去15年共250萬人次的救護搬運紀錄，橫濱市立大學(醫 學部臨床統計學教室)採用資料科學方法，加上未來人口推算、流入人口、入境人口、氣象影響等因 素推算出未來救護出勤次數等救護需求。 In order to accommodate the increasing demand on Emergency Medical services in Yokohama, Japan every year, the Yokohama Fire Department and Yokohama City University has begun to cooperate since July 2017. First, Yokohama City Fire Station provided a record of 2.5 million person-time over the past 15 years. This data was then processed by the Department of Biostatistics in Yokohama City University School of Medicine, combining with science methods and taking into account factors such as future population growth, inflows of people, visitors, weather influences, etc., to estimate the future Emergency Medical needs. 17
