Action Dispatch 119: Disaster Rescue and
Treatment Efficiency Revolution

桃園市政府消防局繼「桃園縣 119」後，更創新消防搶救人員專用 APP「行動派遣

119」，它是救災救護派遣系統的延伸，更是「桃園縣 119」的延伸。一旦該局 119 指
揮中心接獲民眾報案，經 119 執勤員確認人事時地物，及派遣人車出勤後，所有案發、

派遣、圖資、搶救及回報調度資訊等，均在所有執勤員嚴密監控下運作，這當中除人

力的介入外，更不可或缺的便是高科技資訊的輔助及呈現。

Following Taoyuan County Fire Bureau’s Taoyuan County 119, the bureau has come up with an innovative
special use APP for fire rescuers, Dispatch 119; it is an extension of the disaster rescue dispatch system and also
an extension of Taoyuan County 119. When a report is received form the public by the bureau’s command center,
after the duty officer confirms the details and dispatches a fire truck or ambulance and personnel, all the incident
occurrence, dispatch, image, rescue and reporting information is under the close monitoring of the duty officer. As
well as the involvement of manpower, the assistance and display of high-tech information is indispensable in this
process.

目 前研究領域針對第一線搶救消防人員、專 有效率地處理每位報案民眾的需求，經由更精確
