壹、前言
近年登山健行風氣盛行，民眾時常利用假日空閒時間上山郊遊，卻因山區天氣瞬息萬變、民 眾觀念錯誤或缺乏基本訓練、事前準備裝備不足、體能健康狀態不佳等因素，時有民眾迷途、受 傷受困山區而請求救援。
陽明山國家公園是臺灣北部離都會區最近的國家公園，擁有擎天崗、冷水坑、小油坑、二子 坪、馬槽溫泉及絹絲瀑布等熱門景點。據臺北市政府消防局陽明山分隊執勤統計，109 年度迄今 陽明山消防分隊已接獲 3 起登山迷失之案件。
As mountaineering trekking on in recent years, many people go mountain climbing on holidays. However, some end up getting lost, injured or trapped in the mountains and need to ask for rescue, mostly due to rapid change of mountain weather, misconceptions, lack of basic training, insufficient equipment, poor physical condition, etc.
Take Yangmingshan National Park for example. Closest to the metropolitan area in northern Taiwan, its attractions such as Qingtiangang Grassland, Cold Water Tunnel, Post-volcanic Geological Park, Erziping Trail, Mancao Hot Spring and Juansi Waterfall often draw a lot of tourists. Yet the Yangmingshan Station so far has received three cases of tourister missing this year, according to statistics from Yangmingshan Station of the Taipei City Fire Station.
