This month we had an interview with Chen Wen-lung, the Director General of the National Fire Agency. Chen is arguably one of the most experienced heads in the fire agency, who has worked his way up from a Branch Head, an Associate Technical Specialist, a Lieutenant, a Captain, a Section Chief at the local fire stations, to a Section Chief, a Chief Secretary and Deputy Director General in the National Fire Agency.
